Just back from the trail run. In short; I am happy!

First run went well, untill the ESC my dad put in failes after 30 seconds or so... An old spare one somewhere out of the spare-parts-box. Then with the ESC out of my dad's Bazinga the Miss'chief ran verry well:

Maybe some minor tuning at Irenensee, but for the most part I am verry pleased. Topspeed now:

O, and we need a new ESC for my dad's Bazinga ..

Hi Remco, i have some (new) spare ESC's (Hobbywing Seaking 120 Amps) which i will bring along to Irenensee.
That will bring your Dad's Bazinga then heavier then mine and i maybe can leave your Dad again behind me.



By the way, your FooLing is fast but very critical in the turns.
Maybe you should call it "Jumping Jack Flash" ?

I am still not convinced by the FooLing and maybe i am reactivating the Baby Bullet, even if i do not get any Building points, but finishing the Race is better then nothing.

I can't wait for the Races - only a few Days now.

Thank you verry much for you offer, I appreciate that! Always good to know there are spare ESC's at Irenensee. I replaced the one that is now in "Miss'chief" with an old car ESC. All is running again, and I have the advantage of reverse gear now. That might be handy when I get stuck in one of Kay's new boyes!

And sorry to burst your bubble, but Remco can run the "Miss'chief" at full throttle in the curves, stable as a rock (He can, I don't dare ) It is the straighs that worry us, at that speed every little wave acts like a ski jump ...

We better keep clear from the Boyes of Kay !

Boats will sink when we hit them.

Might be the only Chance for Kay to get the first Place this Year.

Keep cool - the chains are approx one meter below the water's surface, and the stones are at two meters. If you make contact with them, your boat has a completely different problem...



On the plus side, the buoys have become slimmer, makes it a little bit more difficult to hit them.

I made bouys like this with poolnodles an electronic plasticpipe inside and the 2 weight system as the original 152VO bouys.
Bottomweight 2-3kgs, counterweight around 200-250gr just so the blue is hardly visible.
