Hello there.

it has been a while, thats because i forgot about posting
BUT i haven't forgotten about building

here are all the things that i did in the time that i forgot about posting.

I made a stand for the boat.
Fitted some foam for more floating stabilitie
Coated the inside and outside with mahogany.
And as you can tell in the second to last picture, 2 sides had been sanded down again, i made a mistake ;(

also my dad has started the outboard (last picture)

Technicaly the outboard is now good to go!

The Propdrive outrunner did a testrun on sisterboat 'Mom's Nightmare', verry prommising!

Well .... four weeks or so left to the Competition .... pressure is building up! Still a lot to do, so Remco is now dedicated to finisching the build!

Final work in progress:

Sanding the hull

Nose is covered, lid to the RC compartment made

Bottom epoxyed, first cover

RC compartment interiour prepped and tested

The battery will be located between the driver's legs

Letztlich doch eine etwas andere Gestalltung als zuerst gedacht. Werde das später noch weiter erklären ...

The last few days Remco has been pushing the envelope .... it will be a JIT for competition! (Just In Time delivery)

RC compartment:

Later today she will hit the water for the first time No driver yet, that will have to be fixed in the last few days. For the testrun some weight will be added to compensate for the no-driver-setup.
