If you have a Plan from the Original, then you can register this for racing.
As i do not know if the Bullet has an original Plan, it might be that the Headquarter does not register
your Boat.
Building a boat from Pictures only is here in Europe a reason not to register the Boat for Racing.

But this needs to be verified from the Headquarter Guys.
